Wowzer!

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I am truly overwhelmed by the support I have received over the last week since launching my first blog. Especially today.

Your likes, follows, re-blogs, shares, subscriptions, comments and private messages have made me feel so very confident.

I have dithered over writing a blog for such a long time. It’s a huge risk as so many are ignorant to the suffering that comes with mental health illness. It’s important that together we continue to spread the message of such illnesses, the effects it has on the lives of the individual but also that on the lives who love them. The only way to beat stigma attached to mental health is to openly share and talk about our experiences.

I have lot’s of blogs planned around my journey and experiences, about coping strategies and about the people who pull me through. I’d also love to hear about yours.

Please connect in any which way you can so that you receive all my latest updates, then please share them. When you do, it may just reach someone who at that moment in time really needs it.
